Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) are essential support resources within organizations, designed to offer confidential and professional help to employees dealing with personal or work-related issues. EAP services typically include short-term counseling, assessment and referral services, crisis intervention, and support for various concerns such as stress, substance use, family or relationship issues, grief and loss and financial difficulties.
Online Therapy
Online therapy sessions are available to California residents through a secure and HIPPA compliant platform which mirrors the look and feel of FaceTime or Skype. All you need is a reliable internet connection, webcam to get started!
Walk & Talk Therapy
We offer outdoor therapy which we have found to be an effective approach, providing a unique option to your counseling needs. We have beautiful parks and beaches in the South Bay allowing us to enjoy our beautiful Southern California weather
In-Home Therapy
In-Home Therapy is provided to seniors, disabled, or individuals that are struggling with a physical limitation and are unable to access in office counseling due to lack of transportation. We have found that In-Home Therapy enables clients to feel safe and comfortable in their environment to express their feeling, emotions, and struggles they are facing.
